Shipping policy

We are currently offering standard and express shipping on all orders. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

For the UK, Standard delivery will be between 2-4 working days.

For the European Union and other European countries, Standard delivery will be between 3-7 working days.

For Africa, standard delivery will be between 15-20 working days.

For North and South America, standard delivery will be between 10-17 working days.

For Asia Pacific, standard delivery will be between 4-10 working days.

For the Middle East, standard delivery will be between 3-9 working days.

Import Duty and taxes

To comply with foreign regulatory laws, you will need to pay import duties or any additional taxes incurred. All purchases made outside the UK are subject to import duties.

We have no control over import duty tax and will not be able to predict the amount. These charges are standard for all delivery companies shipping from the UK to International destinations.
